Orla approached us in 2019 to design a website for her physio practice. She wanted a booking system to allow people schedule physiotherapy appointments with her. She has a restricted schedule for appointments and needed a better way to organise new clients. She wanted her schedule to sync with a calendar on her phone. This means she can block out days so that people cannot book on those days. She used to use a notepad to keep track of appointments. This meant that if she wasn’t at her desk she was missing potential bookings. When she was performing physio, her phone would ring and she would be too occupied to answer. She would either miss a client or spend the evening listening to queries and responding. 

We created pages that talk about Orla, the treatment she provides and services she offers. We created pages that talk about the injuries and conditions physio solves. These extra pages provided great ways for people to get in touch with her via Google. People tend to search for the pain that they’re in rather than the treatment. When people search for this ailment, her business will show as a solution.

We worked alongside Orla, she provided us with all the wording and images for her website. We created the website to have a clinical style to it using her branding that she had designed by G64 Print and Design in Trim. She is delighted with her booking system, it saved her a lot of headaches with workloads. It sends reminder emails for appointments and ensures that she can attend to enquiries 24/7.
